Sustainability performance evaluation of fruit chip SMEs

Abstract Due to increasing competition in various business sectors, actors must adopt modern and effective management methods tools maintain their competitive advantage. Sustainability indicators are a key factor maintaining advantage successful performance of Fruit Chips SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) Malang City. This study adds environmental social perspectives as part the sustainability balanced scorecard (SBSC), so that measurement is identified using six perspectives. contributes theory practice by creating model measure SMEs. Then, results calculation index classified based on category status can be obtained 87%. percentage included good performance.
